User Agreement.

1. Agreement to Terms

Clients of Inception Nutrition agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Your use of the Inception Nutrition website, mobile apps, services, and any associated offerings (collectively known as our platforms) is subject to these terms and conditions. Inception Nutrition is a subsidiary of IAMA Limited, under which it operates and is owned.

2. Professional Guidance and Medical Disclaimer

Your primary contact for nutritional and/or training guidance is Dr. Matthew Walley, a specialist in nutritional and physical training consultancy, not a licensed physician. Therefore, any medical concerns or changes to your diet or health should be discussed with your doctor before implementing any advice or plans.

We strongly encourage all clients to complete a health screening prior to starting any nutrition or training plan. By accepting these terms, you agree to the responsibility of deciding whether to undergo such an assessment and commit to keeping Dr. Walley informed of any existing or newly diagnosed health, injury, or mental wellness conditions.

Our training plans are not designed for users with chronic or serious injuries. It is recommended that those affected seek professional medical treatment before beginning.

3. Service Options, Fees, and Commitments

Nutrition Programme — $69 / week (incl. GST). Our nutrition plans are individually tailored for you, informed by a unique AI-driven model. This service requires a consecutive minimum 18-week commitment. Payments are taken weekly. After the initial 18 weeks, the service continues on a subscription basis.

Combined Nutrition and Training Programme — $99 / week (incl. GST). Requires a consecutive minimum 18-week commitment. Includes everything in the Nutrition Programme plus periodised training programming integrated weekly.

One-Off Nutrition Plan — $350 once (incl. GST). Single-payment, personalised nutrition plan. No ongoing support, follow-ups, or in-person training included.

One-Off Nutrition + Training Plan — $500 once (incl. GST). Single-payment combined plan. No ongoing support included.

In-Person Training — $250 / hour (incl. GST). In-person training sessions with Dr. Walley are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Sessions can involve direct training, question and answer sessions, form checks, or leveraging Dr. Walley's knowledge base in any way required. There will be no disclosure of commercially sensitive knowledge related to Inception Nutrition modelling.

Longevity Programme — from $250 / week. Bespoke programme, application required, terms agreed in writing prior to charge.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Subscription Services (Nutrition and Combined Programmes). Once enrolled, you are legally required to complete the 18 weekly payments for the minimum commitment period, regardless of your level of participation. To stop services after the 18-week minimum period, you must provide one week's advance notice. All transactions are conclusive, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, medical conditions, pregnancies, lack of usage, or early termination. This refund policy is non-negotiable. Failure to make agreed-upon payments will trigger a debt recovery procedure, and all associated costs will be added to your unpaid balance.

One-Off Plans. All payments are due upfront. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the plan has been delivered.

In-Person Sessions. Sessions are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored on Inception Nutrition systems. A receipt is emailed automatically on each successful charge.

5. Client Obligations

Age Requirement. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. Our modelling is designed for adults. Minors seeking advice should contact us for potential alternatives, provided they have parental consent.

Intellectual Property. You understand and agree not to copy, distribute, or sell the tailored nutrition plans provided to you.

Dispute Resolution and Social Media. Should you have any questions or issues, you agree to resolve them directly with Inception Nutrition. Unfair negative commentary on social media regarding our services could result in legal proceedings.

6. Client Confirmation of Contractual Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal document, including but not limited to all cancellation policies, fees, and expectations. The contract term commences on the date signed below.
